3M Finishes the Acquisition of Cogent

3M has completed the acquisition of Cogent, pursuant to a merger agreement that was approved and adopted by Cogent’s stockholders at a meeting. Under the terms of the merger agreement, Cogent’s stockholders are entitled to receive US$10.50 per share in cash.  read more
