ComCam International Resells DRS Wireless Networked Thermal Surveillance

ComCam International, a provider for wireless "command and control" network security solutions, has signed a reseller agreement with the Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition (RSTA) business group of DRS Technologies, a supplier for thermal night vision technology for military and homeland security applications. ManTech International, a provider of technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs, has signed an agreement to acquire QinetiQ North America’s Security and Intelligence Solutions (S&IS) business for US$60 million in cash. ManTech will fund the acquisition from cash on hand.
