BIO-key Restructures Its Balance Sheet
BIO-key restructured its US$4-million note receivable from InterAct911 Mobile Systems, a wholly-owned subsidiary of InterAct911. Under the original terms of the note, the first scheduled principal repayment, equal to approximately $1.3 million, was due to be paid to BIO-key in Dec. 2010. read more
