As part of this contract, FLIR has developed a new medium-range ground-based radar designed specifically for desert environments, the LSR-5000. FLIR Awarded $101 Million US Customs and Border Protection Contract
FLIR Systems, announced that its ICx Technologies subsidiary has been awarded a contract from the U.S.Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) valued at up to US$101.9 million, for the procurement of mobile surveillance capabilities systems. read more
