Finnish City Deploys March Networks Solution for Public Safety

March Networks, a global provider of intelligent IP video solutions, announced that the City of Raisio in southwestern Finland is deploying the company's Video Management System (VMS) solution to protect city property, accelerate incident response, and ensure the safety and security of residents. Italian Highway Monitors Traffic With Infinova Video System

Infinova announced that Autovie Venete S.p.A., the managing Company of Italy's motorway routes A4 Venice-Trieste, A23 Palmanova-Udine South and A28 Portogruaro-Pordenone-Conegliano, is using a real time traffic video surveillance system based on Infinova cameras and fiber optic transmission technology that was installed by Infinova integrator GSG International. The real time traffic video surveillance system uses over 300 Infinova High-Speed PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) cameras, each with a 35x zoom, connected through an Infinova fiber optic network system to monitor key points of the motorway such as bridges, exits and critical junctions. read more

Infinova Cameras Watch Over Metro Line in Chongqing, China

Infinova announced that, with the opening of the first phase of a new metro line in Chongqing (southwest China), 750 Infinova fixed cameras and 40 Infinova dome cameras will be covering the 37 km (23 mile) Chongqing Metro Line 1 which includes a grand total of 23 stations.
