Burg-Wachter Acquires German Distributor Santec

BURG-WACHTER Group, Wetter, has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Sanyo Video Vertrieb AG, Ahrensburg, from the founding shareholders. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
BURG-WACHTER Group, Wetter (Ruhr), is a family run corporation with a heritage of over 90 years. The company is an internationally renowned manufacturer of electronic and mechanical locks, letter boxes, door and window security, safes and cash boxes. BURG-WACHTER develops its products exclusively in Germany and maintains production facilities in Germany, Eastern Europe and China. The Group sells its products worldwide via DIY and hardware stores.
