The Krasnoyarsk Synthetic Rubber Plant is a unique and Russia's largest producer of nitrile butadiene rubber that is in demand both in domestic and international markets. The plant is a subsidiary of the Sibur Holding, the largest petrochemical company in Russia and Eastern Europe covering the entire industry cycle.
