Axxonsoft platform incorporates sound recognition tech from Audio Analytic

Audio Analytic Ltd, the sound classification technology, and AxxonSoft, one of developers of open VMS and PSIM platforms, are pleased to announce a licensing agreement in which Audio Analytic's sound recognition technology is now integrated into the Intellect Enterprise physical security management platform from AxxonSoft.

This integration of audio detection and classification technology will allow Intellect Enterprise to automatically alert security operators to a range of security related events, including: car thefts or break-ins (car alarm detection), and office or building break-ins (glass break detection). This allows the system to detect crimes and events by analysing audio; detect events off-camera or in areas where cameras are not located; and detect events regardless of lighting conditions. The individual analytics will be available to AxxonSoft customers as optional features when purchasing Intellect or as future upgrades.
